At RI MI, we do allow you to return items for store credit or exchange the item for the correct size within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not in the same condition, we have the right to refuse to accept the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, your store credit will be issued via a gift card which you will receive via email. Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

I’m 5’5 with a short torso and long legs. So at first I wasn’t sure if the pants would flatter me, but they are GORGEOUS and very high quality. They’re the only pants I want to step out the house with. They flatter the waist line and create a stylish shape with the leg length.
