Return/Exchange Policy

At RI MI, we have a NO REFUND policy.

However, we do allow you to return items for store credit or exchange the item for the correct size within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not in the same condition, we have the right to refuse to accept the item.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ri-mi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, your store credit will be issued via a gift card which you will receive via email. Please note that shipping will be deducted from your gift card amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that have proof of wear, items that are not in the same condition as received, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

If you think that your package may be lost or missing and your item says delivered it is your responsibility to open a claim with UPS or USPS before contacting us as we can not help you without a claim. It is best to open a claim soon after the item states it was delivered. Once you have opened a claim, please email us with the claim number.
