DELIVERY
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Domestic (USA, Canada)
Orders will be shipped via UPS and USPS.
PREORDER items will ship near expected ship date which you can find under product description. We will update you if there are any changes in the expected ship date. We (Demure Label LLC (Ri MI, LLC) reserve the right to change expected ship date with proper notification to the client.
READY TO SHIP items will process in 1-3 business days and ship afterwards. Depending on your location, you can expect your item to arrive in 2-5 business days. Please note, if your order contains a preorder and ready to ship item, you package will ship once the preorder item is ready.
EXPEDITED/OVERNIGHT SHIPPING Please email us if you need your item as soon as possible and prefer overnight shipping. You will need to cover the cost of overnight shipping, which will be sent via a separate invoice. Once paid, your order will be shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days of processing your order before shipment.
International (Rest of World)

Please note, if your order contains a preorder and ready to ship item, you package will ship once the preorder item is ready.
The customer is liable for all duties, customs, and local sale taxes.
LOST PACKAGES
If you think that your package may be lost or missing and your item says delivered it is your responsibility to open a claim with UPS or USPS before contacting us as we can not help you without a claim. It is best to open a claim soon after the item states it was delivered. Once you have opened a claim, please email us with the claim number.
