How do I receive exclusive offers?

NO REFUND Policy

At RI MI, we have a NO REFUND policy.

However, we do allow you to return items for store credit or exchange the item for the correct size within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not in the same condition, we have the right to refuse to accept the item.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ri-mi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, your store credit will be issued via a gift card which you will receive via email. Please note that shipping will be deducted from your gift card amount.

When I tell you these pants are so high quality and flattering … my words are an understatement!!! I’m so happy , Eid is about to be lit baby !!!

Most fun pants ever!

I confess I was not expecting the pants to have this incredible quality when I bought them. I thought they would be fun (and boy did they deliver on the fun front!) but was pleasantly surprised to receive a truly well made, impeccable piece. Extremely flattering, even on curvy girls like me and heavy with quality. No flimsy bits here. I must also add their customer service was impeccable. Prompt, helpful, and just all around attentive and helpful. I’m a 2x normally, but had to exchange mine for a 3x on their pants, which they promptly did, and also responded immediately to my plea of finding it on other colors (that’s how much I love them, I wrote to ask them to make some in every color of the rainbow, I’ll get as many colors as they make). Now I’m going back to the website to try out other pieces. Absolute 5 star.

I bought the trousers for a friends birthday which is in march , not realising she would not be able to exchange the size if they do not fit .
