It's really very good quality. The skirt itself is soft, stretchy fabric and the waist portion really synches you in. I'm 5'8 / 165lbs usually a size 8 in bottoms and am just able to zip up the medium, could go up. It goes just above my ankles, so if you're 5'5, for example, this will likely fit more like a maxi skirt in terms of length. I think I'm going to buy one in a 2nd color. really liking the style of this.

I purchased this beautiful dress for my company’s end of the year gala and it was everything! The fit is everything, the color stands out and I felt so beautiful! I was in between a medium and a large. I ended up purchasing the large because I always take it in if needed and it was perfect!
I love this dress, it is the perfect dress up or dress down. Gathered in the right places, and great quality. It compliments my shape as full figured and I’m looking at different colors.
The detail is out of this world! I would size down because it does have a good amount of stretch.
I ordered both knit top and matching skirt. (I wrote a similar review for the top, with additional detail on the fit). The quality of the knit is just outstanding, it is very sturdy and holds everything in but allows your curves to pop out and accentuates them. The waist on the skirt is flat and comfortable, doesn’t constrict you but holds in shape. Very comfortable and great for the cold weather. The fringe detail is so haute couture, the images on the site are pretty but it doesn’t do it justice. I did not expect the quality to be this impressive from the photos. The plum shade is gorgeous. I am 5’7, 200lbs, 38D and got an M for both top and skirt. Be aware that the fringed parts are not stretchable due to the couture tailoring, so the fringed area of the skirt limits your gait (shorter steps, pretend you are walking the red carpet lol) The ensemble looks like a dress and you could never tell it’s 2 pieces. However each piece will elevate any other top or bottom and turn it into a luxurious outfit. I am in love with this ensemble! It erases any bulge and smooths your figure where it matters. This is a show stopper and has such a regal appeal. First purchase with Ri-Mi and I can’t wait to shop more. Incredible work!
I just received this knit top with the matching skirt. I tried it on and didn’t want to take it off!!! This blouse exceeded my expectations as to look and quality. I mean I thought it would be nice but it is just wow! It was not true to size for me though. Had to send back my regular L for a 2XL and that fit way better. Sleeves are quite long so I will have to have those shortened but other than that I highly recommend this!
